Contact & Ticket Support

For account access, subscription imports, connection issues, or billing questions, submit a ticket through your dashboard. Keep your issue details and follow-up messages together to track progress.

Support Options

Dashboard Tickets

Use tickets for account and order checks, failed subscription imports, connection issues, data usage questions, and refund requests. Sign in to your dashboard before submitting an issue.

No email address is required; your account uses a username and password. Check replies in your dashboard ticket, and add any screenshots or details to the original ticket.

Email & Telegram Contacts

Email

No contact email is listed on this page. Submit account, order, and refund questions through a ticket so they can be checked against your dashboard records.

Telegram

No Telegram contact account is listed on this page. Open the support option from your dashboard, and do not send account details to similarly named accounts found in search results.

What to Include Before You Contact Support

Share the details relevant to your issue. A clear description of what happened is more helpful than submitting the same information repeatedly.

Connection Issues & Subscription Imports

Include your platform, client name, network environment, and the region or route where the issue occurred. Say whether it happened during import, connection, or access to the target service, and include the exact error message or a screenshot.

Hide your password, full subscription link, and access credentials before taking a screenshot. Do not paste your actual subscription URL into a ticket.

Orders, Data Usage & Refunds

Include the relevant order number, plan name, and the order status shown in your dashboard. For data usage questions, say where you checked, what seemed different, and whether you recently changed plans.

VPNSN offers a 14-day refund guarantee. To request a refund, mention the relevant order in your ticket. See the Terms of Service for details.

Response Times & Ticket Status

Tickets are reviewed by a support agent, and no fixed response time is promised. Wait times depend on the current queue and the complexity of your issue. Troubleshooting a route or checking an order may require additional information.

Check for replies in your dashboard after submitting a ticket. If anything changes, add the latest details to the original ticket; opening duplicate tickets can split up the conversation.
