Service content and scope

VPNSN provides a cross-border networking subscription service covering 100+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel; installation packages and personal subscription links are not provided on marketing pages.

Coverage does not mean that every route will always be available, or that content on any third-party website, app, or in any region will necessarily be accessible. Specific routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or changes to third-party rules. Accounts, content, and paid benefits from third-party platforms are not included in this service.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish them or let others manage them on your behalf. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password and report the issue through a ticket. Do not continue sharing the affected credentials.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. The service is for the account holder's use on devices they manage, and data usage is counted together under the account's subscription. An unlimited device count does not permit account sharing. Lending, sharing, renting, or reselling an account or subscription to others is prohibited, as is reselling routes as a standalone commercial service.

Billing methods and refund terms

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They can be used until depleted and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different validity terms. Before choosing, review the plan prices and order details.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, verify your account, plan, and amount. Use the records in the user panel to check payment and order status. If you have questions about a charge or data usage record, provide the relevant order details through a ticket.

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, including the relevant order and your refund request. VPNSN will verify the order and process the refund, then share updates through the ticket. Do not submit passwords or complete payment credentials, or other unrelated sensitive information.

Acceptable use requirements

You must follow the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your use, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. You may not use this service for illegal activity, infringement of others' intellectual property, fraud, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized data access, or disruption of network operations.

You must not interfere with the normal operation of the service through automated abuse, attacks, or other means. You are responsible for activity under your account. VPNSN provides network connectivity and does not obtain authorization from third-party platforms or content licenses on your behalf.

Service availability and liability scope

Actual connection quality depends on your local network, carrier links, the status of the destination service, and device configuration. Maintenance, network failures, or policy changes by third-party platforms may cause interruptions, route changes, or inaccessible content. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, to provide a fixed speed, or to remain available on any specific platform over time.

If an issue occurs, first check your client configuration and route, then report it through a ticket. To the extent permitted by law, VPNSN is not liable for indirect losses. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, diminish any rights you have under applicable law, or affect the refund commitment on this page.

Account termination and changes to the terms

If you engage in illegal use, resell or share accounts, attack the service, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, VPNSN may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate your account as appropriate. When taking action to address security risks, VPNSN will explain the reason through the panel or a ticket where appropriate. If you disagree, you may submit a ticket to request a review.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page along with an updated date. Significant changes to billing, refunds, or account use will be announced through the website or user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce the terms of orders already in effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and ask about handling your existing subscription through a ticket.
