Getting Started · Importing Your Subscription

Import your VPNSN subscription

Create an account → Choose a plan → Get your subscription → Import it into a client → Verify your connection. Complete the process on a device you use regularly, then import the same subscription on your other devices.

Menus can vary across platforms and client versions. On this page, “subscription,” “configuration,” and “import from link” describe the purpose of an option; the actual label depends on the client. Get the client and manage your subscription in the dashboard. If the interface looks different, first check the platform-specific instructions in the dashboard.

Create an account and open the user dashboard

Open the account creation page in the VPNSN dashboard and follow the prompts to choose a username and password. No email address is required. You’ll use these credentials to sign in later. Choose a password you don’t use on other sites and save it with a trusted password manager. Save your username too, so you can find the right account later instead of relying on the connection settings saved on your device.

After completing the steps on the page, open the dashboard. If you’re still on the sign-in page, use the username and password you just saved. Make sure the dashboard shows the account you created before choosing a plan. If you already have an account, you can go to the login page instead of creating another one, so your orders and subscriptions stay together.

Use the dashboard to manage plans, orders, clients, and subscriptions. The client establishes the network connection. These are separate functions: signing in to the dashboard doesn’t mean your device is connected to a server, and installing a client doesn’t mean it has an active subscription. First choose a plan in the dashboard, then install the client and import your subscription on your device.

Choose a plan and check your order

Go to the plans section in the dashboard and choose a billing option based on your expected usage. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. If you regularly use productivity apps, AI tools, or video services, use your actual data needs to choose a tier rather than relying on an app’s name. Review the full plan prices and billing details, then confirm your choice in the dashboard.

If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until it’s used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Monthly plans and data packages work differently, so consider whether you prefer a monthly data allowance or usage based on your actual consumption.

After choosing a plan, follow the dashboard prompts to create an order. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When you return from the payment page, check the order and plan status in the dashboard. If the payment hasn’t synced yet, check the original order instead of submitting another payment just because the page hasn’t updated. You can share your order details through the support ticket portal for verification.

VPNSN supports unlimited devices and offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data; check your plan’s remaining allowance across all devices. Once the dashboard shows your plan is active, go to the account overview to get your subscription. This can make it easier to troubleshoot if the server list is empty after import.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription ready to import

Open the account overview in the dashboard and find the subscription or subscription import section. First review the client options there. If there’s a one-click import option for your client, follow the dashboard prompts. If your browser asks to open an app, check that it’s the client you installed before allowing it to open. If the client isn’t installed yet, install it in the next section, then come back to import your subscription.

You can also copy the subscription link. Use the copy option in the dashboard, then paste the entire link into the client’s subscription URL field—not the name, notes, or search field. Copy the full link without deleting parameters at the end or mistaking part of it for extra text. You can name the subscription VPNSN to make it easier to identify later.

The subscription link lets your client retrieve server settings, so keep it secure like your account details. Don’t post it in public forums or paste it into an online converter you don’t trust. Before sharing a troubleshooting screenshot, hide the subscription URL and its parameters. The example below is for recognizing a subscription link only and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

A subscription link isn’t a website address you need to open in a browser regularly. To update server settings, use the client’s update subscription feature instead of repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the dashboard offers multiple import formats, choose the one that matches your client. For format compatibility, see the Help Center; this page continues with the standard import process.

Install and import by platform

Get the VPNSN client for your platform from the client section of the dashboard. Sign in to access clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. The dashboard handles access to the iOS client. Installing a client and activating a plan are separate steps; you’ll still need to import your subscription after installation. The sections below explain what to look for. Button labels may vary between the current dashboard and client interfaces.

Get your client from the dashboard →

Windows: Add a link in the subscription or configuration section

Choose the Windows desktop client in the dashboard, follow the system prompts to install it, then open it. Go to the subscription, configuration management, or configuration list section and look for an option such as Add, Import, or Import from URL. Paste the subscription address copied from the dashboard into the link field, enter a name you’ll recognize, then save and retrieve the configuration. If the dashboard can open the client directly, you can use that option instead of risking a paste into the wrong field.

After importing, you should see a VPNSN entry in the configuration list. Select it, then open the server or proxy list and check that server names appear. If the configuration is listed but has no servers, update the subscription and check the result. Don’t repeatedly switch connection modes at this stage. On first use, follow the client prompts to enable the required system proxy or connection feature, then test access in the final section.

macOS: Import a configuration and review system permissions

Get the macOS desktop client from the dashboard, install it, and open it. Find the configuration or subscription management section, choose the option to import from a link, and paste your subscription. Save and select the configuration. If a one-click import from the dashboard opens the app, return to the client and check that the configuration was added and the server list is visible. A successful browser handoff doesn’t mean the configuration has finished updating.

When you connect for the first time, macOS may ask you to allow network configuration or related system permissions. Check that the request comes from the client you just installed, then follow the system prompts to approve it. If the client says the permission isn’t active, check the relevant request in System Settings and try connecting again after approval. Don’t run other network proxy tools at the same time. For more detailed steps, see the complete macOS setup and connection test guide.

Android: Add a remote subscription and allow the connection

Choose Android in the dashboard’s client section, then follow the instructions to get and install the client. Open it and go to the configuration, subscription, or profile section. Use the remote link option under Add configuration to enter your subscription address. The name and address fields are usually separate: use the name to identify the subscription, and paste the full link from the dashboard into the address field. Save it, update the subscription, wait for the configuration to appear, then set it as the active configuration.

Choose a server from the list and turn on the connection. The first time you connect on Android, a system confirmation may appear; check the app and allow the connection. Keep the client running, then switch to your browser to test the website. If access only works after you return to the client, check your device’s background activity restrictions for the app. This is a device settings issue and doesn’t by itself mean the subscription has stopped working.

iOS: Get the client and import your subscription through the dashboard

On your iPhone or iPad, open the client section in the dashboard and check the iOS option and instructions. The dashboard handles access to the iOS client, so follow the steps shown for your account. After installation, return to the dashboard and choose an import option for your client. If your browser asks to open an app, check that it’s the right client before continuing. You can also choose Add from URL in the client’s subscription or configuration section, paste the complete address, and save it.

After importing, check that servers appear and select the configuration you just added. When you connect for the first time, the system may ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Verify the source and follow the system prompts to approve it. Adding a network configuration is not the same as installing a management profile from an arbitrary source. If a request doesn’t match the dashboard instructions, stop and verify it first. For more detail on importing and permission prompts, see the iPhone setup and connection guide.

Connect to a route and verify access

Return to the client and check that the active configuration is the VPNSN subscription you just imported. Open the server list, choose a server, and turn on the connection. For your first connection, choose a region that suits the service you want to use. If there’s no specific regional requirement, start with a server that suits your current network. See the server and route guide for details on server types and regions. You don’t need to understand every technical term before connecting for the first time.

After connecting, check that the client shows connected, then open the website or app you want to use. Test access in stages: first check that a regular webpage loads, then see whether you can sign in to the target service, open its pages, or complete the task you need. The client’s status only shows that the connection process has started; whether it meets your needs depends on the target service’s actual availability.

If regular websites work but an app still reports a region or account issue, close and reopen it to make sure it isn’t using a session from before you connected. A platform may check your exit region, account region, and its own service policies. Changing servers can’t replace account requirements. For streaming-specific guidance, see the Streaming guide. This page covers basic connectivity; successfully opening a page once doesn’t guarantee access to all content.

If no websites load, temporarily disconnect the client and check that your device’s regular internet connection works. Then check these in order: whether your plan is active, whether the subscription updated successfully, whether you selected a valid configuration, whether the connection is on, and whether other network proxy tools are running. Change one setting at a time and test again. Keeping the exact error message can make it easier to find the cause than changing several settings at once.

If you still can’t connect, see connection and troubleshooting help or submit a support ticket through the dashboard. Include your platform, the client’s message, whether the issue occurred during import or connection, and the checks you’ve already tried. Hide your password and subscription link in screenshots. Once you’ve verified the connection, you can import the subscription on your other devices using the same steps. There’s no device limit, but keep an eye on your plan’s total data usage.

You’re set up when the dashboard shows an active plan, the client displays a server list, and the website or app you want to use works after connecting. To set up another device later, get the client for that platform from the dashboard and import your subscription.
