Account and Transaction Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Email is optional, and this service will not ask you to provide one to complete registration. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

This service processes usernames, information needed for authentication, plan status, and summarized data usage to verify accounts, deliver subscriptions, and calculate allowances. Usage summaries show only the amount of data consumed and do not include websites visited or content accessed.

Order records include the selected plan, transaction amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing records. They are used for reconciliation, order recovery, and dispute handling. Support tickets retain issue descriptions and attachments submitted by users so the same matter can be followed up. Please hide unrelated personal information before submitting screenshots.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNSN follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, DNS query history, or destination address records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.

Connection status needed to forward network traffic is used only while a connection is active and is not retained as a user connection log after the connection ends. This service does not create a personal connection history for later review or combine network activity with order records to build browsing profiles.

Information about account logins, order processing, and website security is not browsing data from subscription routes. Such information is used only for the relevant business or security purposes and is not used to analyze content accessed through those routes.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, so we can evaluate whether guides are easy to use and links work correctly. Analytics cover interactions on this website only, not other websites accessed through subscription routes. Do not include sensitive information such as passwords or subscription credentials in page addresses or forms.

Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save language preferences, and remember interface settings. The user panel stores login credentials locally so they can be used to authenticate later requests. Do not share these stored credentials as public information.

You can view, restrict, or clear these storage items in your browser settings. Clearing them may require you to log in again and may reset preferences to their defaults. Signing out or clearing local data does not delete server-side order or account records.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosure

VPNSN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction confirmation are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider, whose pages and data processing are governed by its privacy rules. VPNSN receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify orders; users are not asked to submit payment account passwords to this service.

This service discloses relevant information only as needed to complete payments, process refunds, or meet necessary obligations, and does not sell personal data. Where disclosure is legally required, the request will be verified and the information provided will be limited to what is necessary to address it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to deliver the subscription. Order and refund records are retained for reconciliation, dispute handling, or as required by applicable law. Support tickets and security incident records are deleted or anonymized once their respective purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period that would not apply uniformly.

To access, correct, or delete account details, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify account ownership to prevent someone else from deleting your data. Deletion may prevent further login or subscription delivery. Records that must be retained by law or relate to an unresolved dispute will be kept with restricted use, and the reason they cannot be deleted at the same time will be explained.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, the revised content will be posted on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes or data scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If new processing requires separate consent, the details will be provided before it begins.
